You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. To qualify, ensure the item is in its original condition, or unused, with packaging intact, and provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, email us at contact@dollmazon.com. We'll provide instructions on how and where to ship the package. Please note that items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that the photos on our website are for demonstration purposes only and may not accurately represent the final product. Some items may vary slightly from the photos. Specifically, the dolls and accessories are included in the purchase, but the stands and background scenarios are not. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information, but minor variations may occur. Thank you for understanding.

Damages and issues - Please thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt to ensure its satisfactory condition. If you discover any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please notify us immediately so we can promptly address the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including:

* Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

* Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

* Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

* Hazardous materials

* Flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

To expedite the process and ensure you receive the desired item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement item separately. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed with purchasing the new item. This approach ensures a smooth and efficient exchange process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please be aware that in certain circumstances, a restocking fee may apply. This includes returns that are outside of our policy, or items that are returned in a used, damaged, defective, or materially different condition. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's price may be charged in such cases. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns that are accepted beyond the designated return window, but are not required to accept returns beyond this period.

Gift Card Parameters and Limits

1. General Gift Card Terms. Unless otherwise required by Applicable Laws, the Gift Cards:

(i) not reloadable;

(ii) not redeemable for cash or refundable;

(iii) not include any activation fees or added service fees, or fees that reduce the value of the card over time;

(iv) not used to compensate consumers for unshipped merchandise instead of providing refunds;

(v) include on the face of the Gift Card the applicable funds/card expiration date or a statement that the funds never expire, and have an expiration date that complies with applicable laws; and

(vi) single-use and closed-loop (i.e., the Gift Card may only be used at your locations for purchase of goods and services from you and no other merchant or company).
